Orignally from the Philippines, she graduated from international school at 2005. Karen became a licensed physical therapist in 2015. She has extensive education and experience working on geriatric, balance, neurologic and vestibular therapy. Karen is clinical director from 2020-2023 of Fit Physical therapy balance center. She is a clinical instructor for multiple universities. She is recognized as a Vestibular Specialist having completed her Vestibular competency
course through Duke University School of Medicine and the American Physical Therapy Association. Karen loves being a physical therapist, she is passionate on helping her patients get back to function. Her patients love her friendly, fun, caring but determined personality. Outside work she loves exercising, hiking, photography, spending time with family and has passion for traveling.
Kelsey grew up in southern Utah playing sports, which is where she was first introduced to physical therapy. She went on to receive her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Rocky Mountain University and Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Utah State University.
Kelsey practices physical therapy with a fitness forward approach in order to help you return to the activities you love or begin your journey towards lifestyle change. Her passion is meeting clients wherever they are starting in their health/fitness journey and empowering them to reach their goals.
Kelsey specializes in treatment of pregnant and postpartum women, weight lifting analysis, and she is certified in dry needling and blood flow restriction training. Outside of Physical Therapy you can find her snowboarding, backpacking, hiking, mountain biking, and traveling.
